There could be a number of causes resulting in slow or interrupted video playback. In general, if you’re connecting over Wi-Fi and experiencing constant rebuffering or other issues during playback, try moving your router to another location and away from other devices that may cause electrical interference.
"Atomic Circle", reinforces quickness and movement before and after moving the puck and stresses passing accuracy. Consider some of the following options and pick and choose the skills most appropriate for your team. In this drill, you are observing top professional level players whom just won the Calder Cup, and bantam level players working together on the circle.
Here are some options and progressions you can utilize.
1. Cut the dot and chase your pass.
2. Knee drop, cut the dot and pass.
3. Heal to heal pivots. and pass.
4. Dot fake and pass.
Teaching Points
Passing: Avoid transferring weight on the pass and focus on elbow to finger release. Turn blade over on release to keep the puck flat and on target.
Be un-predictable and sneaky with the passes.
Skating: Explosive first steps with a focus on acceleration. Balance is critical to success in this drill.
