This generally occurs when the live stream venue is having internet connectivity issues. Try refreshing the page in a few minutes to see if these issues have been resolved.
There could be a number of causes resulting in slow or interrupted video playback. In general, if you’re connecting over Wi-Fi and experiencing constant rebuffering or other issues during playback, try moving your router to another location and away from other devices that may cause electrical interference.
"Shake and Bake", is a chaos drill which involves several progressions. On the whistle, six players enter the "Chaos Zone" with a puck. They skate all directions and avoid colliding with teammates. On the whistle, (after 20 seconds), they return to their same line and the next six players begin. Progressions to consider:
1. Exchange passes with the first players in line as players chaos around the zone.
2. Add coach pressure to the puck carriers.
Teaching Points
Puck Control: Head is up and feet are moving. Carry the puck in front of the body and go multiple directions. Incorporate fakes and deception into the puck control. Players can change speeds by accelerating and decelerating.
