"Jesse James", serves as an excellent pass and shoot station for players. On the whistle, the red player leaves and skates to the top of circle and receives a from the next player in their line and quick releases. The player then skates to the bottom of the other circle on the other side and around to the top where they receive a pass from the first blue player in line. The red player then shoots again and returns to the back of the line. The blue player immediately after making the pass begins. The drill is continuous.

Teaching Points

Pass Reception: Open up to the receiver, call for the puck, stick is on the ice.
