This generally occurs when the live stream venue is having internet connectivity issues. Try refreshing the page in a few minutes to see if these issues have been resolved.
There could be a number of causes resulting in slow or interrupted video playback. In general, if you’re connecting over Wi-Fi and experiencing constant rebuffering or other issues during playback, try moving your router to another location and away from other devices that may cause electrical interference.
"Puck Magic", challenges and encourages creativity, fakes and deceptive skills for every level of player. In this drill the coach takes the players through a variety of skill sets, each lasting about 15-20 seconds. Pick and choose the skills you feel are suitable for your team. Here some are ideas for drill progressions:
1. Stationary toe drag
2. Move the puck from the left side to the middle to the right side (2 seconds in each spot).
3. Pass the puck to left foot then right foot and continue to alternate
4. Spin the puck without lifting the stick blade off the ice.
5. Toe Blade Dangle. In this progression, players turn the tip of the stick down and apply pressure to the top of the puck while maneuvering it around.
For all progressions players are attempting to keep their head and eyes up.
Teaching Points
Puck Control: Attempt to keep the head up as much as possible, cradle the puck versus pounding it square. The hands should be a glove length apart. Utilize both sides of the stick blade.
