"Three Puck Insanity" is a progression to "Two Puck Ted". This drill can be executed as a "Wave Skate" or as a station depending on the ice available. Players attempt to carry three pucks up the ice at the same time. Once they reach the end, they wait, and return on the coaches' cue.
