There could be a number of causes resulting in slow or interrupted video playback. In general, if you’re connecting over Wi-Fi and experiencing constant rebuffering or other issues during playback, try moving your router to another location and away from other devices that may cause electrical interference.
"Two Puck Ted", works on multi-tasking, hand eye coordination and technique. This drill can be executed as a "Wave Skate" or as a station depending on the ice available. Players have to cohandle two pucks simultaneously as they slowly work their way up the ice. The goal is not speed but execution of proficient puck handling skills.
Teaching Points
Puck Control: Avoid over stick handling and cushion the pucks quickly and move them forward as players slowly cut the ice with their inside edges. Players skates are to stay on the ice the entire time.
