"Waterfall 3 Station Exhaustion", builds a great foundation for conditioning and skill. The ice is divided into three zones and players rotate to the next zone every 40 seconds on the coaches whistle. Zone 1 is touch passing within the circle with deception. Zone 2 is a 2vs2 KeepAway Game within the blue lines. Zone 3 is a cross ice 2v2 with different challenges for goaltenders (no stick, can't stand up) and so forth. Coaches can execute with groups of four or six at a time depending on the number of players. Feel free to change the skill set in zone one which in the video represents circle chaos passing. After six minutes of this drill players are exhausted. Take an intermission as needed to provide a water break.
